From September 23rd until September 26th 2009 the largest trade show in narrow web printing applications will open its doors in Brussels, Belgium.
During this exhibition six ITW companies will share one joint stand; ITW Thermal Films, ITW Foils, ITW Graphics Group, Eltex, Pillar Technologies and Valéron Strength Films. (See picture attached.) The reason for sharing a joint stand is not only “cost reduction”. Of course each company will, by spending only 20% of their normal budget, exhibit on a high quality 88m² stand while strengthening their market position.
Another important aspect is registered leads. As every company is well aware that you need to work a show, one needs to be very creative in order to attract visitors to his stand. By joining forces with 6 companies, trade fair visitors now will find multiple complementary services/products on one stand. This will attract more visitors and increase the number of registered leads for each participant.
However the most important aspect is efficiency. Can a trade fair be so easy that your sales people walk on the stand, sell and leave again with a new amount of registered leads? Yes it can. In this project, building the stand is covered by one of the participating companies, the coordinator. For the other companies this means a very high efficiency. By repeating this project over multiple shows with each time a different coordinator, one can not only exhibit more frequently maintaining their actual budget, but also a lot more efficiently avoiding extreme workloads for marketing. With other words: “the advantages of joining strength”.
Other ITW companies that still would like to join this initiative can always contact Mr. Petri Ven (Business & Market Dev’t Mgr – Valéron Strength Films) at pven@valeron.com.
See you in Brussels !
